Refund Policy

Home Refund Policy is under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screenshots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Hourly rental of workshop: There is a 24 hour grace period before your booking, where-by if you need to cancel your booking, you are able to reuse your purchase as a credit for another day. There is a strict NO-REFUNDS policy, we will only be giving you a credit to use in the future.  You may request the cancellation of your agreement at anytime during this period if your service has not been used and you are not within the 24 hour lead up period. It will take up to 5 business days for your account to be credited.

The Company will provide at least two email notices prior to account expiry. Unless you specifically request cancellation of your service 7 days before your renewal date, your service term will automatically renew for a further period of up to 30 days. The day of the expiry of such service we shall rebill your credit card, where credit card details have been provided. You acknowledge that if you do not wish to continue with your RaceService subscription, it is your responsibility to request cancellation of your service 7 days before it is automatically renewed. All payments made under this agreement are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Return Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, WE WILL NOT CANCEL OR ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGE “SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS”. Special Order Products refer to any Products that is/are not in stock with the Company.
